What a great and merciful God we serve
As I look back over 2004, I stand in awe and with thanksgiving, that He has been so gracious to my family and me. The Lord has truly blessed us beyond measure.
Sure, we have had trials and hardships, but nevertheless, He has led us and provided for us in so many ways.
I guess what amazes me more than anything, is the fact that God is so longsuffering. In spite of my selfishness, my stubborn attitude, the Lord continues to bless and continues to encourage and enlighten me.
We have had lot on our plate in the last year; the purchase of WQBC, the production and presentation of the daily morning broadcast, the Sunday broadcast, church, family and more. It all seems too much to bear at times, and sometimes it seems easier just to quit.
But, in spite of it all, in the quite, stillness, God speaks and gives strength. Oh how I praise Him for allowing me to be a small part of what He wants to do on this earth.
I am excited about what He has in store for 2005 and I think that this year is a pivotal year for not only myself, but for the body of Christ as a whole.
May we all be found faithful, and in whatever we do or say, may God be glorified.

Mike, I have just found this Website...I'm in Australia. I rejoice in a man who has courage today to preach Jesus Christ, as Paul preached Him - crucified, and the way of the cross. We have brought the mighty God of Creation down to our own level to make Him acceptable to us, instead of glorifying and serving Him, so we can be acceptable to Him! We DO serve an awesome God! He is worthy of our praise and worship and service. He is worthy of OUR death to self on the cross, so He and He alone is lifted up! He is King of Kings and Lord of Lords.
May He strengthen you and guard you, giving His angels charge over you to keep you in all of your ways, so that you can continue to proclain the truth of His word!
In the glorious name of Jesus!Amen.
Clare
